1. Return Eligibility
You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. To qualify for return:

Items must remain unused, clean, undamaged and kept in original packaging.

All original accessories, parts and manuals must be returned together.

Valid order number /proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:

Customized, personalized, made-to-order furniture and home products

Clearance, final-sale items

Items damaged by improper assembly, misuse, modification or normal wear after use
2. Return Process
To start a return: Please email our support team at support@feastervernalcrestcommerce.store with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your application and send return instructions after approval.
Return shipping cost is normally paid by the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Terms
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for errors caused by us.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your goods immediately after delivery. If items arrive broken, damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and products. We will arrange replacement, partial refund or full refund at our discretion.
5. Assembly Note
Most furniture and home goods require self-assembly. Difficulty during assembly does not qualify for free return or refund.
